My signature program, The Belly Fat Fix, is specifically designed for men in their 40s, 50s and 60s who want to lose belly fat, keep it off for good and regain their confidence and energy. The program promotes a layered approach to weight loss, addresses all of your individual needs and health challenges, provides step-by-step instructions and constant accountability. You have an expert in men's nutrition in your back pocket for 12-weeks. I will make it easy for you to implement dietary and lifestyle changes so that you lose your belly fat for good and I will work with you daily, if necessary, to address any issues that arise.
